I'm responsible for the IT stuff in the company. I take care of computer systems and support the employees with their technical problems. 

Supporting users with unlocking their windows, VPN and SAP accounts. Troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Providing software licenses. 

As IT Service desk, I provide technical support to customers on site and remotely. I work towards customer satisfaction and with ability to repair, reinstall and troubleshot technologies like phones, computers, printers, and Software they may be having trouble with. 

• Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
• Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat
• Provide customer assistance.
• Document customer interactions
• Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues
• Escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty
• Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software
• Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved

I provide hardware and software support for users in northern Europe.
